Podcast Coming Soon

This weekend, the first edition of my new Podcast program, Kip Keefer.. Uncommon Sense, will be posted here.

The plan is to produce a regular broadcast. I have been unable to return to the air via radio. I am trying to build my own network. Uncommon Sense will be examination and analysis of topics in the news, culture and sports world.

I wish I could gather some of the more enlightened and talented friends I have to join me in a round table format. That would be the formula for a tremendous show. Hopefully, we will get there sometime.

My son Clayt will produce the show. I love working with him and his brilliant, creative mind. He and I teamed up recently and produced Case and Traci’s video for their wedding party. I thought it turned out great.

Anyway, I hope you will listen and send your comments. Thank you all for your support. I’m trying to fight through a dark period. I am leery of additional disappointment but have not lost confidence in my talents. I have nothing to lose.

  1. Hello Kip. For some reason, I feel compelled to comment. Your name is familiar to me, but I am not sure if I knew you from my Dunwoody North days. I laughed as you remembered your address and phone number from that memorable day 40 years ago. I laugh because it made me think, and I remembered my phone # 451-5652 and address 4576 Kingsgate Dr. Funny how such simple things can make someone smile, remember the good times of our youth and brighten our day! You did that for me. And I thank you. Although I moved at the end of 9th grade, I still attend my Peachtree High reunions. My 40th was last year and I am still friends with many. So many wonderful memories. Although we were not friends on FB, I was led to you by the many posts of people who care for you. Make no mistake, you are not as alone as you may think. Many have expressed their love and concern for you. Life is not always easy, nor is it as we had hoped it would be. We all have our struggles. In the end, it comes down to what have we learned from those struggles. I choose to view them as opportunities. I sometimes challenge myself as to what “I” could have done differently for a different outcome. It doesn’t change the outcome, but helps me in my decision making in the future. When I feel my “pity party” coming on, I allow it for a fleeting moment, and then I think of others who have it so much worse than I and I suck it up and thank God got the many blessings I have in my life. From your posts and those of others, I can see you have many blessings in your life…family, friends, a job…a career you enjoy, a roof over your head and I am sure there are many more. So Kip, I challenge you to allow the good to outweigh the bad, learn from the experiences….good and bad, as they are the fiber of who we are! I sincerely wish you well and hope you have a great day. Take care my new friend!!!
